Our Team:

Luke Trento

Director (Level 1 Accredited Private Certifier #103)

Luke completed a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics at the University of South Australia and is a registered Private Certifier (#103). Luke has obtained a Certificate IV in NatHERS Assessment and has completed the Certificate IV in Access Consulting. He has demonstrated capabilities in all aspects of Building Certification and both BCA and DDA Consultancy and has provided advice on numerous high profile projects in relation to Building Code and Access Compliance. He has gained valuable experience working with some of the States most respected Professionals in the Building Surveying and Project Management industry.

Stan Fuller

Consultant (Access Consultant)

Stan provides disability access consultancy services to minimise project compliance risks and maximise facility functionality. He is a recognised industry leader in assisting and advising on the access provisions for people with disabilities. As a Senior Building Surveyor in South Australian Government, Department for Transport Energy and Infrastructure (DTEI) Building Management for 10 years and 10 years in Facility Management with Institute of Medical and Veterinary Science Stan has gained extensive experience in the areas of risk management and compliance of existing buildings with current legislation. He has a strong appreciation of asset management and government processes that can be applied to the benefit of many projects. Stan is now retired from Trento Fuller however still assists the organisation as a Consultant on technical access matters.

Aroha Bates

Senior Building Surveyor (Level 1)

Aroha completed a Bachelor of Building Surveying & Certification at Central Queensland University (CQU). With over 15 years of building certification experience, Aroha is an Accredited Building Surveyor with extensive experience in both commercial and residential certification. Aroha is able to drive the certification process from concept design to completion, ensuring compliance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and all associated & relevant Building Legislation. Aroha has worked on a number of high-rise residential towers, office complex’s,  large mixed-use developments, and School buildings and adds to Trento Fuller’s expertise on Commercial Projects.

Zoran Tanaskovic

Building Surveyor (Level 3)

Zoran has completed his studies in Construction Management & Economics at the University of South Australia (Honours) as well as a Bachelor of Built Environment. Zoran has a technical background in undertaking residential building code assessments, and has a unique blend of interdisciplinary skills across a range of services. Specifically, Zoran has accumulated expertise in relation to the regulatory framework particularly the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act and is a clear and confident communicator. Prior to joining Trento Fuller, Zoran, following completion of the Construction Management & Economics degree, excelled in a Council role at the City of Playford, where he became well known in the industry for providing a high level of customer service, before deciding to pursue a career in Private Enterprise.

Grant Wooller

Senior Access Consultant 

Grant is a qualified and accredited access consultant within over 13 years’ experience providing assessment and advice on accessibility for all people and has worked with people with disability for over 25 years. He has been involved in the assessment of hundreds of projects across Australia to the requirements of the suite of standards in relation to access for people with disabilities, the Premises Standards, Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport 2002, and the DDA. Grant’s project experience ranges from audits of existing buildings and facilities for local councils and private building owners, to access consulting on new construction projects; projects of all sizes and scales from small office and retail tenancy developments, to recreational facilities and streetscapes, to billion dollar health facilities.

Tina Von

Building Surveyor (Level 3)

Tina has completed a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying as well as a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management at the University of South Australia. Tina is a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about sustainability and fire safety in buildings. With a background undertaking residential building code assessments and knowledge of building regulations and legislation, particularly the Planning Development and Infrastructure Act, Tina has both worked on a variety of residential projects, as well as processing of both residential and commercial applications. Prior to joining Trento Fuller, Tina began her building surveying career as a Cadet within Private Enterprise and has built client relationships from her willingness to provide a high level of customer service. Tina is constantly developing new skills to enhance her knowledge and experience in Building Surveying.

Ted Strange

Senior Structural Engineer

Ted is employed as Trento Fuller’s Senior Structural Engineer having practiced for 40 years as a Design Engineer. Ted commenced his career in Sydney and progressed to the position of structural draftsperson while completing his degree in Civil Engineering at the University of N.S.W. Upon graduation he worked in Western Australia as an Engineer in Mining and Heavy Engineering. This was followed by a move to Kinhill Engineers in Adelaide and later to Wallbridge & Gilbert [WGA] where he obtained the level of Associate Director, following 28 years of service. Ted is a well-known and respected leader in his field and a valued contributor to a number of high profile projects in South Australia.

Louisa Foster

Technical Administration Officer

Louisa is an experienced professional having a wide range of skills across various technical roles and holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture from the University of South Australia, a Diploma in Interior Design, as well as Diploma in Architectural Technology. Louisa prides herself on being a highly organised and a process driven individual and has extensive experience in the building industry as well as paralegal administration. Louisa’s background fits perfectly with the technical demands of the role.

 

Leanne Trento

Administration Officer

Leanne provides a range of general administration, clerical, and accounting work for the firm. She previously worked in collections and office management for in excess of ten years with General Electric (GE) and brings to Trento Fuller experience in all facets of financial management.

 

Hayley Balfour

Bookkepper

Hayley manages the bookkeeping for Trento Fuller. She has completed a Certificate IV in Financial Services and is a Certified Xero Advisor. Having worked in roles with high volumes she brings a wealth of knowledge in regards to Accounts Payable and Receivable, Account Reconciliations, Payroll and BAS. Hayley is confident, self-motivated, down to earth, and a valued member of our Team.
